Terms:
Lio offers both raster and vector designs with different color models to meet your needs. Sizes will vary depending on intended uses. Lio offers secure file transfers to customers through Drive, Dropbox, FileWhopper, WeTransfer, and other file sharing services at Lio’s discretion. Large size files or higher quality images may have more limitations on transfers and may incur a minimal fee for some file sharing sites. For some lower resolution raster emotes or images Lio may send files over discord or email per customer’s preference.
Downloads will be final files only, not the original design files. If you absolutely have to have the original art files, extra costs will be added, and these expectations need to be agreed upon up front. Work for personal media platforms, streamer channels, discords, and other sites are for personal and not commercial use. If you are intending to use the designs for websites, merchandise, or business, you must pay for additional royalties/rights and this must be specified. While personal use designs are exclusively for use by the commissioner, Lio retains legal rights (unless they are purchased), and may showcase the work on her website.
Make sure you and Lio (the artist) have completely agreed before you pay for any commission work. Lio is not responsible if you pay before having a written agreement or contract on the work and payment amount.
No refunds are permitted, except for the unlikely circumstance that the work couldn’t be completed. Communicate your request for a refund, don't initiate a chargeback, which will be disputed. Lio takes project completion and customer satisfaction very seriously. Her prices reflect her values of giving your design the proper time it needs to be high quality professional work.
Payment must be received in full before the commission starts, and buyer is responsible for all applicable payment fees.
Commissions are taken on a first come first serve basis, and you do not need to be monetarily subscribing to her channel to increase your likelihood of your request being accepted. Following her channels is optional and allows you to see your work in progress during lives, which is a useful benefit if you want to have more input over the work than you would have with other artists. Final acceptance of any work is solely at Lio’s discretion.
Conduct yourself within channel and server rules in and out of live streams, or you will potentially lose your opportunity to participate in those activities and Lio will send your designs per package guidelines without the bonus input from the customer in real time.
Lio does not copy or make work that resembles other work. Lio does not draw humans or animals. Lio does not draw graphic or explicit content.
Lio is interested in protecting both her safety and the safety of her customers, and she does not directly or indirectly share her personal information. Whatever personal information you share is your responsibility and she will not share it either.
You will be expected to acknowledge Lio’s terms in writing when the agreement or contract is completed and commission begins.
